Pat the Head

Who is Pat? Pat is an innovative piece of equipment created by composer Anna Clyne’s husband and audio engineer, Jody Elff.
The mannequin is equipped with a 360-degree camera and a collection of microphones that provides a live, panoramic view of the hall and crisp stereo audio. Physically, Clyne is hundreds of miles from South Bend. With Pat’s help, she will be present in the Morris through the “eyes” and “ears” during dress rehearsal.
Music Director Alastair Willis grabs a selfie with Pat.
